Misty Blue Teacup

A small porcelain teacup perfect for enjoying traditional tea or sake.  

This teacup is tinted with copper, and gas fired in a part of the kiln that recieves an oxidation atmosphere, causing it to turn a soft sky blue where the glaze runs thick.

This is a rather hefty teacup. It would be good for someone who is prone to knocking over their tea, as its weight helps it stay in place.
